Andie (MFA, she/they) is a queer, genderfluid film director, writer and producer. Andie co-wrote and executive produced independent feature Luke and Jo which garnered various awards including "Best Narrative Film" at Full Bloom Film Festival and "Best Feature Film" at Fort Meyers Beach Film Festival.
Andie co-founded Justice Film Collective and is the Creative Director at Solis Films, working with regional and national clients such as NBC and The Sierra Club.
Their short films have played in festivals nationally and internationally, recognizable by their use of intimate character/place explorations which unearth the cultural conditions that keep us from caring for one other.
Julia Christgau (she/her) is an actor, filmmaker and podcast producer. She recently directed Nick Offerman and Patrick Warburton in an upcoming historical podcast and worked with Eva Longoria and Dania Ramirez to create a scripted audio drama called "Sisters of the Underground".
Julia has performed in many plays, from Shakespeare to Annie Baker to groundbreaking new plays at regional playhouses and independent theaters throughout her hometown, NYC.
Her work in film garnered awards and nominations for Best Comedy, Best Screenplay, Best Actress and Funniest Music Video. Julia is dedicated to making art that is created in integrity, with equity and compassion.
Nate Glass (he/him) is a seasoned producer and cinematographer. Glass has a diverse creative portfolio that includes six feature films, five documentaries and a variety of commercials and music videos. His expertise is characterized by his knack for melding creative narratives with innovative, visually-stunning cinematography.
His notable works include critically acclaimed As It Is in Heaven (2014), which earned a New York Times Critics Pick, and Luke & Jo (2018), where he served as the director of photography. Glass's global pursuits have brought him from Ukraine to the gates of Area 51, underscoring his dedication to bringing diverse narratives to the forefront. His pioneering approaches to emerging visual technology have ushered his company, Solis Films, into collaborations with media and tech trailblazers including Apple, Google, Drone Racing League, UFC, and Axios.
Laura MacFie (she/her) is an Event and Operations Director with over 15 years of experience. She played pivotal roles in orchestrating successful events, overseeing event planning and execution, and demonstrating exceptional leadership.
Her expertise includes managing the entire creative development cycle, from operations and media to technology, marketing and sponsorship fulfillment. She has led teams, ensured seamless event execution on a global scale, and managed substantial budgets. Her strategic approach included cultivating relationships, implementing systems to monitor event progress, and ensuring a strong return on investment.
Her diverse background includes experiences at organizations such as Drone Racing League, charity: water, Linder Global Events, the International Baccalaureate Organization, Bonner Corporation, and Gannett.
Madeleine Richardson (she/they) is a Brooklyn-based queer producer and filmmaker born in the South, passionate about diverse storytelling and LGBTQ+ representation. With expertise in production design and advertising, they bring a unique perspective to narrative and commercial filmmaking.
Formerly the Video Content Developer for Wicked Weed (Anheuser-Busch), Madeleine created dynamic videos for platforms and brand partnerships, including Charlotte FC, Eno Hammocks, and Lowes Foods.
In 2017, they founded Cat Fly Film Festival, the premier film festival in Asheville, NC, showcasing emerging LGBTQ+ and BIPOC filmmakers from the South and amplifying underrepresented voices.
